Some of the countries in the old have made the provision of rejection of vote in these days. it is also known as “none of the above-(NOTA)”. It is appropriate in our context? Why? Prepared an article including the positive and negative aspects of this system.

Provision of rejection of vote “none of the above-(NOTA)”
Election is democratic process when voters choose the representatives for federal, provincial, and local level. periodic elections are the backbone of democracy which strength the democracy. A fear independent and impartial election can help in the reduction of national problems. some of the Developed countries have made the provision of rejection of vote in ballot papers or in electronics devices this provision “none of the above (NOTA)” Should be kept in the phase of election. People should be given an opportunity to reject the candidates if they dislike them. Difference political leaders allude people Distributing sweet dreams to get votes but as they win, they do nothing for the sake of people. The sort of trend has been increased for popular vote. in my opinion it also should be provision in the context of Nepal. the leader of (PNUMI), Nepali Congress, and Maoists are cheating innocent people showing daydreams. This system avoids corruption, nepotism favoritism etc. people should avoid them through the medium of (NOTA) Which ultimately reject the corrupted Leaders to come in political field. This system is good but it can be threatened national integrity, mutual understanding, cooperation between political leader and people. the system of democracy cannot be violated so people think seriously while casting the votes. people will end aspiration can be fulfilled through the Legislative process. To make election fair the politician leader should be dedicated loyal to the nation and people rather than their political parties.
